🌸 Order Processing
All bouquets are handmade with care. Same-day orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (Calgary time). Orders placed later will be delivered the next available day.
🚚 Delivery
We deliver flowers all across Calgary. The delivery fee is $15 for all bouquets.
You can choose the most convenient time for you, and we’ll bring your order exactly when you need it — whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening.
At Peonia, we make sure every bouquet arrives fresh, beautiful, and on time.
❌ Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Last-minute changes may not be possible once the bouquet is prepared.
💐 Product Substitution
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted.
We guarantee the style, quality, and value of your chosen bouquet will be maintained.
🧾 Returns & Refunds
Since flowers are perishable, returns are not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours — we’re here to help and make it right.
🔁 Flower Subscription
Subscriptions are set up on a recurring basis.
Payment will be charged automatically according to your selected plan (monthly) until you cancel it manually through your account on the website.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
If you experience any difficulties cancelling, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.
